Shield Shortlisted For RegTech Partner Of The Year In British Bank Awards

Upon the announcement, Shield’s CEO and Co-Founder Shiran Weitzman commented, “We are very excited and honored to be a finalist in the British Bank Awards 2020. Shield and its platform have been recognized by a number of awards including wins for the ‘Best Data Visualisation Provider’ in the Data Management Insight Awards 2019, ‘Fintech Innovation: Best Regtech Platform 2019’ by Juniper Research’s Future Digital Awards, and as ‘Best Financial Compliance Solutions Provider 2019 – Europe’ and ‘Best European eComms & Trades Compliance Platform’ in the Wealth and Finance International FinTech Awards 2019.

Additionally, Shield has been recognized as one of the winners in the Deloitte RegTech Challenge, which highlighted 40 of the most innovative start-ups using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to solve regulatory problems in the financial sector.  Shiran was also personally recognized in the FT Founder’s 50 for 2019.

Now in its sixth year, the British Bank Awards recognizes the best financial products, hottest innovation, and the most trusted financial brands and partners. The 2020 winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on 12th March.
