We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who is passionate about solving complex problems. You are hands-on, tech-savvy, team player who can lead, define, and deliver innovative solutions, using a varied and multi-disciplinary skillset, to shape the future of Shield’s platform.

You drive product success by working collaboratively with Shield’s engineering, data science, design, marketing and operations teams. Your role will be the glue that holds this cross-functional effort together from start to finish. You should be well versed in product and strategy, capable of communicating adeptly about technical topics, and not afraid to try new things.

What you’ll be doing

  • Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, aligning with company objectives and customer needs in compliance and e-discovery domains.
  • Conduct research to understand customer pain points, regulatory trends, and competitive landscapes, ensuring the product delivers exceptional value.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to deliver innovative solutions, meeting both functional and compliance requirements.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and customer adoption.
  • Define and prioritize features, ensuring a balance between customer needs, compliance regulations, and technical feasibility.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback and incorporating it into the product lifecycle to ensure continuous improvement.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on e-discovery, search applications, or compliance-related products is an advantage
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering teams, understanding complex systems and translating technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to address challenges creatively and pragmatically.
  • Proven track record of working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Computer Science); advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and legal discovery processes, an advantage. 


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with e-discovery platforms, search technologies, or compliance monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in compliance or search.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory bodies (e.g., GDPR, FINRA, SEC).
